F elician is an independent co-educational Catholic/Franciscan College founded and sponsored by the Felician Sisters. The College offers programs in four Academic Divisions: Arts & Sciences ; Business & Management Sciences ; Nursing and Health Management ; and Teacher Education . Its mission is to provide a full complement of learning experiences, reinforced with strong academic and student development programs designed to bring students to their highest potential and prepare them to meet the challenges of the new century with informed minds and understanding hearts. The enduring purpose of Felician College is to promote a love for learning, a desire for God, self knowledge, service to others, and respect for all creation.

Admission

Choosing a college is the most important decision you’ll make whether you are just graduating from high school, looking to transfer schools, returning to school after being in the work force for many years or looking to earn your graduate degree.

The admission staff at Felician College understands what an important decision attending a college is – that is why we are here to help you every step of the way. Our role is to counsel and guide you to ensure that you select a program that best suits your needs and also to help you thorough the application process.

At Felician College we recognize that different students have different needs, that is why we have different admission offices focused on the needs of different students.

Undergraduate Admission

This office assists traditional undergraduate students enrolling directly from high school or transfer students coming to Felician College from a two or four year college or university.

Adult and Graduate Admission

This office assists students interested in pursuing graduate degree programs as well as adult students looking to return to school to obtain an associate’s degree, complete a bachelor’s degree or earn a teaching certificate.

In addition this office also serves students applying to programs off campus such as on-site at community colleges or at local hospitals or businesses.

International Students

Applications from international students are processed through either the undergraduate or adult and graduate admission office depending on your level and academic program. However as part of the process of applying, international students will also have to complete additional documents required to obtain an I-20 needed to apply for a student visa. Students will work closely with the office of international programs on this matter. In addition, the Office of International Programs will be able to answer general questions and assist students in understanding the admission process.

Felician College offers almost 55 academic programs for traditional undergraduate students as well 8 graduate programs. In addition Felician offers a number of undergraduate and certificate programs geared towards adult learners. Most of these programs are offered in evenings and at an accelerated pace so students can work full-time while they earn their degree. Office of the Treasurer

The Treasurer's Office is located on the first floor in Albin Obal Hall on the Lodi Campus.

Our office manages student accounts by recording your charges and credits. We maintain your financial status with Felician College in the following areas:

  Student Billing & Collections:
Sends bills, reminder notices, and all delinquent receivable dunning letters.
  Payments:
Responsible for the application and deposit of all student payments, grants, scholarships, and loans. Distributes student financial aid refund & work-study checks.
  Class Admit Slips:
The Treasurer's office will issue a pink class admit slip to students who demonstrate payment terms* have been met for the current semester.
Pink slips will be mailed to students whose accounts are paid in full by phone or mail up to three business days before the start of the semester.
* Payment must be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or TMS (deferred payment plan) for the amount of tuition and fees billed in excess of financial aid awarded by the tuition due date.

The Felician College Catalog contains important policies and procedures under the headings of Financial Information that will assist you with all your financial transactions between the Treasurers office and the Financial Aid office.
